What exactly does Melonkode do?
We build the digital systems that businesses run on. Starting from a business problem, we combine existing products, custom engineering, AI and automation into one production-ready system — using what exists, customizing what doesn’t, and building what is unique.
Are you a software agency, an IT outsourcer or an AI company?
None of those exactly. We’re a technology growth partner. Agencies tend to build one-off projects, outsourcers rent you hands, and AI shops sell one technique. We take responsibility for the whole system that solves your problem — whichever mix of products, code, AI and automation that takes.
How do engagements usually start?
With a conversation about what’s slowing you down. We map the real problem across your process, data and systems before proposing anything. From there we agree on a first slice of work that delivers value quickly.
Do you work with our existing tools?
Yes. A large part of our work is connecting and extending the tools you already have. We only replace something when keeping it costs more than changing it.
Approach & delivery
Do you build custom software or use off-the-shelf products?
Both, deliberately. For each capability we decide whether to deploy an existing platform, customize it, or build something bespoke. The goal is the right system for your business — not the most code.
Where does AI fit in?
Where it earns its place. We apply AI to language, prediction and decision support inside real workflows — not as a bolt-on. If a simpler automation solves the problem, we use that instead.
How do you deliver — big launch or increments?
In working increments. You see value early and steer direction with real usage. Big-bang launches hide risk; small slices surface it while it’s cheap to fix.
What happens after launch?
We instrument the system, support the rollout, and keep evolving it as your needs change. A system is something you own and grow, not a project that ends.
