Refund Policy

Because our services are delivered as custom work and ongoing retainers, refunds are governed by your signed proposal or agreement. In general:

Growth plans & retainers

Monthly fees cover work performed in that period and are non-refundable once the period has started. You may cancel with the notice period stated in your agreement.

Project & development fees

Advance payments for project milestones are refundable only for milestones on which work has not started, less any third-party costs already incurred.

Website-included plans

If a plan that includes website development ends before its agreed commitment period, the remaining website build value stated in your agreement becomes payable.

Third-party costs

Domain, hosting, software licences, API usage, payment-gateway fees and advertising spend paid to third parties are non-refundable by us.
